Outdoor Digital Places (ODP) saw us collaborate with Outdoor Places Unusual Spaces and adi.tv to deliver the Festival Sites at Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games.
We creatively combined sport, culture and digital to achieve a cohesive experience with a variety of visual spectaculars to immerse the audience. Unique, dazzling staging and original programming ran from day through to night, transforming spaces by injecting colour and character, and bringing a fun, celebratory feel.
All our hard work was recognised when we took home the award for Best Production/Site Management Team at the Festival Supplier Awards 2023. The prestigious awards were held on Thursday 26th January at London’s Hurlingham Club and were judged by an esteemed panel of high-profile industry experts.
Judges commented on the variety and creativity brought to this project. Saying that the emphasis on providing an environment for everyone to enjoy is something all events can learn from.
Now in its eight year, the Festival Supplier Awards highlight the creativity and innovation demonstrated throughout the outdoor event supply chain and applaud the fantastic events it delivers.
